AJP Leadership

ServcoCanada
The Board of Directors at AJP currently has 4 members.

PRINCIPAL & FOUNDING PARTNER

BRAD MASON

Brad brings 35 years of progressive supervisory experience to the table in all phases of the industrial construction industry. He has built ServcoCanada by gaining a reputation of taking technically complex projects from inception to completion. The ability to streamline procedures that improve safety, productivity and control costs is something he has always considered a priority. Instead of the adversarial approach common in the industry that pits client, administrator, and contractor one against the other, Brad promotes bringing all of the stakeholders together, creating a strong and effective team.

Julien LaFleche Elected President Of Mechanical Contractors Association Of Manitoba

PRESIDENT & CEO | DMS, AJP, CQI, NME

JULIEN LAFLECHE

With over 25 years’ experience, Julien’s passion for the industry began at a young age: He began as a high school student working summers as a laborer in the heavy construction sector and by the age of 23, attained his red seal as a Journeyman Steamfitter. In his current role as President and CEO, Julien regularly relies on his hands-on field experience in his everyday decision making. As his role has grown and evolved, his focus has shifted to providing strong corporate leadership as he oversees DMS, NME, AJP and CQI. From Julien’s experiences in sport as a player and coach, working on the tools, holding the role as Foreman and now as a President & CEO, one thing holds true: He believes that strong leadership is the foundation for success in any arena.

GENERAL MANAGER

DANIEL CARRIERE

Daniel Carriere is the General Manager for A.J.P. Engineering Services and has over 24 years experience in engineering. After earning his engineering degree, he spent the next 10 years working as a project engineer in the heavy industrial sector.  With the desire to learn more about engineering design with a focus on welding, he then pursued his welding engineering certification in the consulting engineering sector.  His initial decade of experience in the industrial sector allows him to bring both the practical and theoretical engineering worlds together, and gives him a broad, well-rounded engineering knowledge base. Dan strives to maintain peak levels of quality and performance, while ensuring projects are completed with the trades in mind. He is involved in every aspect of the business, from estimation to design.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

JUDY-LYNN MASON

With 25 years of experience in finance and over 20 years in the construction industry, Judy-Lynn brings a unique perspective to ServcoCanada as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She gained her finance and construction knowledge through firsthand experience on job sites throughout Canada in projects ranging in size from $50 – $250 million, including a major sodium chlorate facility expansion in North Vancouver. Having worked in various cost-related positions within the industry, she knows the overall effort required to help manage a productive and efficient contracting company. By understanding both the challenges in the field as well as the requirements in the office, she can communicate and problem solve with the entire team.
