Brad Mason

Brad brings over 35 years of progressive leadership in the industrial construction industry. Brad’s dedication to refining processes for enhanced safety, increased efficiency, and cost management builds a cooperative model that values teamwork and shared goals among clients, administrators, and contractors, setting ServcoCanada apart in a field otherwise marred by competitive tension.

Brad’s passions extend far beyond his professional life and include many philanthropic ventures. Most notably through the Sam’s Foundation, which was created in memory of his youngest daughter Sam and is dedicated to supporting mental health initiatives for Canadian youth across the country.

Julien Lafleche

After over 25 years of experience in the heavy construction sector, Julien’s focus remains on continual advancement and commitment to excellence at all levels. His experience as a Red Seal Journeyperson Steamfitter, Site supervisor, and Superintendent on diverse large-scale projects has equipped him with a comprehensive perspective as President and CEO of ServcoCanada – including subsidiary companies: Servco Construction Services, Servco Service, and AJP Engineering Services.

Throughout Julien’s history in sports, as both a player and coach, and in his construction industry leadership roles, one thing holds true: He believes that strong leadership is the foundation for success in any arena.

Daniel Carriere

General Manager

Daniel Carriere is the General Manager for AJP Engineering Services and has over 25 years experience in engineering. After earning his engineering degree, he spent the next 10 years working as a project engineer in the heavy industrial sector.  With the desire to learn more about engineering design with a focus on welding, he then pursued his welding engineering certification in the consulting engineering sector.  His initial decade of experience in the industrial sector allows him to bring both the practical and theoretical engineering worlds together, and gives him a broad, well-rounded engineering knowledge base.

Dan strives to maintain peak levels of quality and performance, while ensuring projects are completed with the trades in mind. He is involved in every aspect of the business, from estimation to design.

Judy-Lynn Mason

CFO

With 25 years of experience in finance and over 20 years in the construction industry, Judy-Lynn brings a unique perspective to ServcoCanada as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She gained her finance and construction knowledge through firsthand experience on job sites throughout Canada in projects ranging in size from $50 – $250 million. 

Having worked in various cost-related positions within the industry, she knows the overall effort required to help manage a productive and efficient contracting company. Understanding both the challenges in the field as well as the office allows her to communicate and problem solve with the entire team.
