Brad’s passions extend far beyond his professional life and include many philanthropic ventures. Most notably through the Sam’s Foundation, which was created in memory of his youngest daughter Sam and is dedicated to supporting mental health initiatives for Canadian youth across the country.

After over 25 years of experience in the heavy construction sector, Julien’s focus remains on continual advancement and commitment to excellence at all levels. His experience as a Red Seal Journeyperson Steamfitter, Site supervisor, and Superintendent on diverse large-scale projects has equipped him with a comprehensive perspective as President and CEO of ServcoCanada – including subsidiary companies: Servco Construction Services, Servco Service, and AJP Engineering Services.
Throughout Julien’s history in sports, as both a player and coach, and in his construction industry leadership roles, one thing holds true: He believes that strong leadership is the foundation for success in any arena.
Judy-Lynn Mason

With 25 years of experience in finance and over 20 years in the construction industry, Judy-Lynn brings a unique perspective to ServcoCanada as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She gained her finance and construction knowledge through firsthand experience on job sites throughout Canada in projects ranging in size from $50 – $250 million.
Having worked in various cost-related positions within the industry, she knows the overall effort required to help manage a productive and efficient contracting company. Understanding both the challenges in the field as well as the office allows her to communicate and problem-solve with the entire team.
Corey McNabb

Corey McNabb started with ServcoCanada in 2004 as a Red Seal Journeyperson Steamfitter. Since then, he has gained extensive leadership experience as a general foreperson, site superintendent, and millwright/structural steel manager. After leading our estimation team for nearly a decade, he took on the role of Vice President, Estimations & Sales in 2022.
Corey specializes in troubleshooting industrial systems, conceptualizing designs and finding efficient ways to get the job completed. Corey enjoys learning each client’s unique processes and systems for various estimating platforms and brings that wealth of knowledge as well as his site experience to anticipate future challenges along a proposal’s lifecycle.
Matt Brady

Matt Brady has had a comprehensive history with ServcoCanada since starting with the company in 2013 as a Red Seal Journeyperson Steamfitter. He has spent years as a piping foreperson, project manager, and general manager of ServcoCanada’s subsidiary, Servco Construction Services.
These roles have well-prepared him for his role as Vice President, Oil & Gas/Chemical. Matt strives to ensure projects are completed on schedule and budget while maintaining peak levels of quality and performance.
Kevin Kotowich

Kevin Kotowich brings two decades of industrial construction experience, beginning his career with ServcoCanada in 2006 as a Red Seal Journeyperson Steamfitter. Since then, he has served as a Construction Manager on various large-scale projects, spent a decade leading ServcoCanada’s piping and structural steel fabrication operations in Manitoba as Foreperson and General Foreperson, and managed the company’s Shutdown/Turnaround Division, overseeing multiple multi-million-dollar turnaround projects across Western Canada.
His experience across a wide range of disciplines within the industry gives him a well-rounded perspective in leading ServcoCanada’s Fabrication operations across Canada.
Sean McLennan

Sean is a seasoned construction leader with more than 30 years of experience in the piping and mechanical trades. A Red Seal Journeyman Steamfitter, he has built his career through hands-on fieldwork, project management, and multi-trade coordination across a wide range of industrial sectors. Sean also brings valuable entrepreneurial experience, having owned and operated Mx2 Industrial Services for nearly a decade.
His background includes estimating, cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance on complex mechanical projects throughout Saskatchewan. As Saskatchewan Operations Manager, Sean plays a key role in driving project execution, supporting field teams, and maintaining strong client relationships across the region.
Lenny Lopushniuk

In his leadership role at ServcoCanada, he brings proven expertise in project management, estimating, and field supervision on major power generation and wastewater infrastructure initiatives.
Lenny is recognized for his strong safety leadership, technical depth, and commitment to mentoring and workforce development.
Jesse LaCharity

Jesse LaCharity is an experienced construction industry leader with a strong technical skill set developed over nearly two decades in the industrial construction sector. In his role as Director of Mining Construction at ServcoCanada, he brings extensive experience supporting mining clients through shop fabrication, brownfield construction, and maintenance turnaround projects.
Jesse has expertise managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle, including estimating, procurement, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, cost forecasting, risk management, quality turnover, and client reporting. He is recognized for his practical field knowledge and disciplined approach, consistently driving safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
