Brad Mason

BRAD MASON

Principal & Founding Partner

Brad brings over 35 years of progressive leadership in the industrial construction industry. Known for tackling technically complex projects from start to finish, he has propelled his company, ServcoCanada, to become a leader in Canadian industrial construction.

Founded in 2001 on Treaty 1 Territory, ServcoCanada has since expanded across five provinces, exemplifying indigenous inclusion through the development of strong partnership with First Nations, based on trust, economic opportunity, and social well-being, Brad believes that responsible business involves meaningful inclusion and deep respect for Indigenous culture and values.

Brad’s dedication to refining processes for enhanced safety, increased efficiency, and cost management builds a cooperative model that values teamwork and shared goals among clients, administrators, and contractors, setting Servco apart in a field otherwise marred by competitive tension.

Brad’s passions extend far beyond his professional life and include many philanthropic ventures. Most notably through the Samantha Mason Foundation, which was created in memory of his youngest daughter Sam and is dedicated to supporting mental health initiatives for Canadian youth across the country. His efforts were nationally recognized in 2023 with the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal, honoring his significant contributions to community and country.

Julien Lafleche

JULIEN LAFLECHE

President & CEO

After over 25 years of experience in the heavy construction sector, Julien’s focus remains on continual advancement and commitment to excellence at all levels. His experience as a Journeyman Steamfitter, Site supervisor, and Superintendent on diverse large-scale projects has equipped him with a comprehensive perspective as President and CEO of ServcoCanada – including subsidiary companies: NME Construction Services, AJP Engineering Services, and Canadian Quality Inspections. Throughout Julien’s history in sport, as both a player and coach, and in his construction industry leadership roles, one thing holds true: He believes that strong leadership is the foundation for success in any arena.

Judy-Lynn Mason

JUDY-LYNN MASON

Chief Financial Officer

With 25 years of experience in finance and over 20 years in the construction industry, Judy-Lynn brings a unique perspective to ServcoCanada as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She gained her finance and construction knowledge through firsthand experience on job sites throughout Canada in projects ranging in size from $50 – $250 million. Having worked in various cost-related positions within the industry, she knows the overall effort required to help manage a productive and efficient contracting company. Understanding both the challenges in the field as well as the office allows her to communicate and problem solve with the entire team.

Corey McNabb

COREY MCNABB

Vice President of Estimation

Corey McNabb has extensive management experience in past positions such as a general foreperson, site superintendent, and millwright/structural steel manager. He took on the role of Vice President of Estimations after leading our estimation team for nearly a decade. Corey started with ServcoCanada in 2004 as a Red Seal Journeyman Steamfitter. Corey enjoys troubleshooting industrial systems, conceptualizing designs and finding efficient ways to get the job completed. Corey loves learning each client’s unique processes and systems for various estimating platforms and brings that wealth of knowledge as well as his site experience to anticipate future challenges along a proposal’s lifecycle.

Ryan Mushumanski

RYAN MUSHUMANSKI

Vice President of Operations

Ryan Mushumanski is ServcoCanada’s Vice President of Operations. His Project Management training through the University of Waterloo and his two decades of experience in management and supervisory roles have given him the expertise to lead the operations team. Ryan started his career with the company in 2004 as a Red Seal Journeyman Steamfitter with some background engineering training. He has since worked as a foreperson, superintendent, and project manager on projects of all sizes.

Matt Brady

MATT BRADY

Vice President of Construction

Matt Brady has had a comprehensive history with ServcoCanada since starting with the company in 2013 as a Red Seal Steamfitter. He has spent years as a piping foreperson, project manager, and general manager of ServcoCanada’s subsidiary, NME Construction Services. These roles have well-prepared him for his promotion to Vice President of Construction. Matt strives to ensure projects are completed on schedule and budget while maintaining peak levels of quality and performance.
