ServcoCanada is looking for an organized, detail-driven Accounting Administrator to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accurate work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to make a meaningful contribution in a busy, collaborative environment. Your primary focus will be full-cycle Accounts Payable, with responsibility for key Accounts Receivable activities and support for month-end processes.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including three-way matching, invoice entry, coding, approvals, payment preparation, and vendor account reconciliation.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies while maintaining professional, responsive relationships with vendors and internal teams.
• Process invoices in CMiC, monitor incoming invoice channels, and maintain complete, accurate supporting documentation.
• Reconcile corporate credit cards, co-op cards, Accounts Payable sub-ledgers, and related general ledger accounts.
• Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cheque and EFT payment runs for final approval.
• Support government remittances, including GST and provincial retail sales taxes.
• Prepare accurate customer invoices and progress billings, ensuring contract requirements, holdbacks, and applicable taxes are addressed.
• Post customer payments, monitor collections, follow up on overdue accounts, and help resolve billing issues with project teams.
• Provide clear collection updates to support cash-flow forecasting.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and continuous process improvement.

What You Bring

• Two to three years of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting experience; construction-industry experience is an asset.
• Post-secondary education in accounting or business administration is preferred;
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word; 
• A high level of accuracy, discretion, organization, and follow-through.
• The ability to prioritize competing deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills, with a practical and service-oriented approach to vendors, customers, and colleagues.
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills, with the initiative to investigate issues and bring them to resolution.

We are seeking a Mechanical Designer – Fabrication & VDC to join our growing Fabrication Department. This position plays a critical role in transforming project information into fabrication-ready models and deliverables that drive our shop operations. Working closely with our project teams, clients, and fabrication personnel, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating 3D models, preparing fabrication drawings, generating CNC machine files, and ensuring models are brought to a Level of Development (LOD) 400 fabrication-ready standard.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that combines mechanical design, fabrication planning, project coordination, and construction technology. The successful candidate will possess:
