Open communication with all employees in areas of product improvement and performance integrity is key. We consistently perform value-added work to fully satisfy the needs of the client.
Quality is integral to our values of integrity, accountability, and excellence, which is why our Quality Management Program (QMP) includes continual performance checks and testing throughout every stage of construction. Our goal isn’t to just meet the specification requirements, but to build with the highest quality possible.
Our QMP includes both quality assurance and quality control through process control testing, inspection and control procedures, subcontractor quality management, documentation reviews and reporting. It also involves an extensive turnover package complete with detailed material and equipment specifications and operations manuals, as well as training facility management personnel in equipment operations.
