Nutrien Rocanville Potash Turnarounds
ServcoCanada successfully completed a major $10.3 million project for Nutrien Rocanville Potash in Saskatchewan in 2022, deploying a team of 200 tradespeople working around the clock to meet project deadlines. The scope of work included 11 pump replacements with associated piping, internal and external refurbishment of the dryer, replacement of the hopper at the raw ore bin, replacement of two hydrofloat cyclones, upgrades to the XLR system piping, and installation of a new experimental dust control system, complete with chute works, steam and condensate lines, and process piping replacements.
Following the successful completion of this project, ServcoCanada has continued to support Nutrien with ongoing annual shutdowns and maintenance services. These smaller, planned shutdowns ensure that the facility continues to operate safely and efficiently, with our skilled tradespeople providing the expertise needed for inspections, repairs, and upgrades year after year.
Our ongoing partnership with Nutrien reflects our commitment to delivering reliable, long-term solutions that keep essential operations running smoothly.
