Roquette/Hatch H355025-PP-404 Pipe Rack Fabrication
The scope of work that ServcoCanada undertook for this project included the supply, fabrication, and delivery of Pipe Rack 7 of the Roquette Pea Protein facility northwest of Portage la Prairie. Hatch/Roquette gave ServcoCanada an opportunity to produce a pipe rack that would reach the limits of transport as one single item by roadway.

Overview
- The rack dimensions were scaled as 17’ high x 110’ long and 15’ wide and weighed 90,000 lbs with all piping installed and complete with insulation.
- ServcoCanada was able to complete the project on schedule and on budget and delivered the pipe rack to site ready for install.
