Yara Belle Plaine Inc is a nitrate-based fertilizer manufacture based in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, and part of the Yara International group of companies. ServcoCanada (formerly DMS Industrial Constructors) was brought onboard to complete the re-harp of the reformer on-site at the Yara Fertilizer Plant in Belle Plaine SK.
Overview
The project included the removal and installation of all tubes as well as the fabrication and installation of the duct work that comprises the gas tube process. The project was completed in 2019 and included the following services: Construction management, procurement, general contractor, fabrication and installation, piping, structural and miscellaneous metals, electrical and instrumentation as well as insulation inspection.
