We’re seeking a Term Project Coordinator (junior level) for an approximately 6-month assignment based in Gillam, Manitoba. This position is demanding, but highly rewarding.

- Set up and maintain schedules as a basis for the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of projects
- Prepare generic schedule templates to develop proposal schedules for prospective clients
- Accurately track and report on project progress with respect to engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning
- Identify time-critical situations, expedite and follow up to ensure materials, equipment, processes and paperwork are in place to support the project goal
- Evaluate progress performance trends to identify potential impacts to workforce/schedule
- Monitor, review and analyse the schedule and status of contractors during all phases of the project, including the analysis of any schedule deviations and corrective actions
- Other duties as assigned
The following qualifications are required of the successful candidate:
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to demonstrate long-term work authorization
- Resides in Winnipeg, Manitoba or surrounding area
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to the job site in Gilliam, Manitoba
- Must have a mechanical background or be a recent engineering graduate
- Construction experience is preferred
- Ability to read drawings
- Primavera experience
- High proficiency in Excel
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience with CMiC Software and Advanced Excel skills is an asset.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively.

- Conduct site inspections and incident investigations
- Prepare site HSE statistical information as required
- Coordinate, develop and deliver safety training and safety orientations and other training as applicable

As a Term Site Project Administrator at ServcoCanada Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting our project teams by managing site operations and ensuring efficient communication between various stakeholders. This position is essential for maintaining the high standards of service and quality that our clients expect. This role is based at our job site near Calgary, Alberta, and is expected to last approximately 6 months, with the potential to extend to 24 months or longer.
As a valued member of the team, your core responsibilities will include:

- Set-up and monitor project paperwork and organize Manager’s paper flow
- Prepare and track all project logs such as Drawings, RFI’s, Change Order’s
- Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Utilize reports to monitor project succession
- Prepare and monitor sub-contracts
- Prepares and schedules project meetings including minutes
- Enters employee time and creates daily LEMS for client approval
- Administration duties as required

The following qualifications are required of the successful candidate:

- Prior Project Administration experience is an asset
- Post-Secondary education in Office Administration or Project Management is an asset

- Superior keyboarding and data entry skills with WPM of 40 or higher
- Proven team player
- Strong analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
