Overview
Expansion of 6 existing pumping stations 3 located in Manitoba and three located in Saskatchawan for Enbridge Pipelines (owner) and Bird Construction (General Contractor). The project was divided into stages involving critical fail measurements, fabrication, painting, piping, tie-ins to existing piping, install of bypass piping, Install of remaining piping serving added Pump, Installation of new platform Steel, Install of new Pump and Motor including grouting. ServoCanada coordinated multiple trades Pipe Fitters, Iron Workers, Millwrights, Painters to perform their scope of work on schedule.
Enbridge Alberta Clipper Phase 1
Addition of pumps and piping for 6 stations in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Scope of work includes Fabrication Steel, Anchor Bolts and Miscellaneous Items, Structural Steel Scope, Pipe Supports, Tray Supports, Platforms and Stairs, Building Penetrations and Flashing, Grouting, Painting and Coating, Mechanical Scope – Large Bore Piping, Small Bore Piping, Hydro-Testing, Weld Map/Heat Number Schedule/Bolt Torque Tables, Insulation and Piping Tie-ins.
Enbridge Alberta Clipper Phase 2: Fabrication
The structural components supports, steel, handrails, grating, new platforms and stairs. The piping components the suction/discharge header and piping, re-injection piping, drain header piping, and leak detection piping with their associated supports,painting, insulation & testing.
