ServcoCanada Announces Commitment to the Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations Program
Winnipeg, MB – January 4th, 2025 – ServcoCanada Inc. is pleased to announce the commitment to the Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations (PAIR) program. Established in 2001, the PAIR program includes an online management and reporting tool that supports participating companies’ efforts towards progressive improvement in Indigenous relations, and a certification program that confirms corporate performance in Indigenous relations at the bronze, silver or gold level. The PAIR Program provides a high level of assurance through the independent, third party verification of company reports on measurable outcomes and initiatives in four performance areas: Leadership Actions, Employment, Business Development, and Community Relations (Engagement and Support).
ServcoCanada is committed to creating a corporate culture where respect for Indigenous culture, history, and perspectives is woven into the fabric of our operations. This includes regular self-assessment against PAIR criteria to ensure accountability and progress, as well as the development of clear, actionable strategies that align with the unique needs of the Indigenous communities we serve.
